  • Fielding incoming calls to the Service Department
  • Responsible for Service work order processing and invoicing as signed off by the Service Manager
  • Generating regular monthly internal work orders and assist in managing them for review by the Service Manager
  • Input data into database for new and existing customers including adding additional equipment to a customer profile.
  • Verifying invoicing to customers and securing payment methods for field jobs prior to repairs started
  • Accounts Receivable taking payment – on account and cash transactions
  • Following up with customers after repairs as well as when a campaign update is required
  • Opening and closing of work orders on a client-by-client basis
  • Work with a positive and professional attitude and communicate effectively and efficiently with customers
  • Ensure accurate and real-time statuses on all work performed
  • Follow up on jobs internally; coordinating with Department to ensure efficient turnaround times
  • Executive Assistant with experience in office management , accounting experience
  • Knowledge of Construction or Roofing is an asset
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Bi-lingual is an Asset
  • Perform additional duties as required
