- Fielding incoming calls to the Service Department
- Responsible for Service work order processing and invoicing as signed off by the Service Manager
- Generating regular monthly internal work orders and assist in managing them for review by the Service Manager
- Input data into database for new and existing customers including adding additional equipment to a customer profile.
- Verifying invoicing to customers and securing payment methods for field jobs prior to repairs started
- Accounts Receivable taking payment – on account and cash transactions
- Following up with customers after repairs as well as when a campaign update is required
- Opening and closing of work orders on a client-by-client basis
- Work with a positive and professional attitude and communicate effectively and efficiently with customers
- Ensure accurate and real-time statuses on all work performed
- Follow up on jobs internally; coordinating with Department to ensure efficient turnaround times
- Executive Assistant with experience in office management , accounting experience
- Knowledge of Construction or Roofing is an asset
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Bi-lingual is an Asset
- Perform additional duties as required
