TTC Harvey Shop Our team is actively working on the Siporex roof removal, installation of new steel decking, membrane roofing, metal roofing, removal and re-installation of glazing, skylight works, general demolition, electrical works throughout, metal siding, concrete work, structural steel, rough carpentry, painting, excavation & filling, off-street paving & asphalt and storm/sanitary drainage, mechanical works including plumbing, thermal insulation, vibration control, ductwork, air filtration, BACS (building automation control systems), and electrical works throughout the facility. Industry Building- Exhibition Place Our roofing division is wrapping up our project at Industry Building. Triumph is the GC for this project and has self-performed the roof replacement and associated sheet metal works. The existing roofing assembly was replaced by New single ply Roofing system. The project execution superseded the customer’s expectation; both the consultant and the owner have acknowledged Triumph’s efforts and congratulated us for delivering this project successfully. Project Details: 109 899.53 sqft. The building is designed to the highest standards of energy efficiency and sustainability to showcase York Region’s environmental stewardship. Sustainability LEED Gold.
