Roof Maintenance at Triumph Group of Comapanies

5 Reasons to Regulary Maintain a Flat Roof System

A flat roof is a large investment. Protecting that investment is an important measure that will extend the life expectancy of a flat roofing system. Roofing systems are susceptible to weathering (snow, ice, water, heat) expansion, contraction and wear and tear.  It is not uncommon for leaks to occur over time due to these and other factors. Triumph has been an industry leader for over 30 years for roof repairs, preventative maintenance, and other roofing emergencies. Here are 5 reasons why flat roof preventative maintenance is necessary: As the owner of an industrial, commercial, multi commercial or multi residential building, you are responsible for maintaining a safe environment for everyone who uses the building. This includes ensuring that the flat roof is in a safe and compliant condition. When the roof of a building is neglected, minor damage can become larger issues. Leaks may lead to water damage, water damage can lead to mold and mildew, and holes in the roof may invite pests indoors. This may require you to replace large sections of your commercial or industrial flat roof. Conducting inspections at least twice a year or immediately after a storm identifies early damage. Without inspections, minor issues may lead to graver (and expensive) structural damage. Proper preventative maintenance on your commercial or industrial flat roof is imperative to both your budget and the roof’s overall lifecycle. To maximize your investment, we recommend hiring an experienced, highly skilled, and well-reviewed commercial or industrial roofing company, like Triumph Roofing to perform flat roof maintenance. Additionally, if you have any concerns about your existing flat roof,to connect with our Service Team. Our team of experienced commercial, industrial, and institutional flat roofing contractors will provide you with proper maintenance and damage detection tips. We also provide emergency leak detection and repair services that are available within 24 hours. Maintaining your roof can also prevent interior damage by getting ahead of roof leaks before they happen. Timely roof inspections and audits are key to both a long life for your roof and safety compliance. Interior damage can erode a building, especially if there is mold or leaks left unabated. We are here to maintain and protect your roof, we also provide emergency leak detection and 24/7 emergency repair services. Did you know that about 80% of roofs are replaced prematurely? Regular roof inspections and maintenance plans can help avoid premature roof replacement. This approach will ensure your roof is in a strong condition, which in turn, allows it to provide decades of reliable weather performance.

Cladding work at Leslie Nymark Development by Triumph Group of Projects

Leslie Nymark – A 30 Year Transformation

A great story from our inceptive days. Almost 30 years ago, Triumph completed a retrofit project for Toronto Community Housing Corporation’s Leslie Nymark townhouse complexes. The project scope included complete envelope, cladding, and metal roof works. This was proudly one of the largest jobs completed during our inceptive days. Now, three decades later, we have returned to Tridel and TCHC’s redevelopment of the Leslie Nymark community to install a modern cladding system. Visit triumphinc.ca/cladding
