Project Details:

Roof System:

• Remove all necessary materials including existing waterproofing membrane, cover board, roof anchors, etc.
• Inspect existing roof insulation for damage or moisture and notify consultant.
• Fill insulation gaps with spray foam, as specified.
• Install necessary closures, wood blocking, raise curbs, penetrations, etc. as required, install new drains, sleeves, sealant, etc.
• Supply tapered insulation, cover board, waterproofing membrane, etc.

Skylights:

• Replace existing clear, acrylic, double dome skylights to suit existing curbs.
• New skylights to include hinged/operable domes, telescopic poles, removable insect screens, and necessary, hardware.

Sheet Metal:

• Install sheet metal flashings, sealants, clean up, etc.
