Our roofing team successfully adhered multiple layers of insulation using cold adhesive and installed a slope-to-drain tapered insulation system. We applied modified bitumen base and cap sheets, installed and tested an EVFM leak detection system, and performed necessary membrane repairs. Perimeter and wall flashings were secured and sealed, and liquid-applied reinforced membrane flashings were installed at posts, anchors, and pipe penetrations.
