Scope of Work: New Metal Roof Installation including removal of existing roofing assembly down to the existing deck and installation of new gutters and downspouts. Replacement of deteriorated tongue and Grove deck. Mobilization, demolition, site safety, administration, site clean-up, warranties, general instructions, signage, traffic control coordination etc..
