McMaster Nuclear Reactor Building Restoration

Our team completed 11,500 square feet of roof replacement, concrete wall repairs and new elastomeric wall coating. The work included the removal and replacement of the existing protective membrane on exterior walls and roof, as well as the repairs of damaged concrete on the building.

  • Membrane Removal at Roofs, Cooling Tower Pit and all Exterior Walls (upper and lower) and bridge exterior walls
  • Supply and install new roof assembly – Fluid-applied two component polyurethane membrane adhered to existing concrete roof deck, complete with reinforcement fabric; 50 mm expanded polystyrene insulation layer, Re-instate salvaged ballast material
  • Repair to Cast-in-Place Concrete walls, bridge walls and hoist/emergency exit roof areas with Protective Coating
