Our team is actively working on the Siporex roof removal, installation of new steel decking, membrane roofing, metal roofing, removal and re-installation of glazing, skylight works, general demolition, electrical works throughout, metal siding, concrete work, structural steel, rough carpentry, painting, excavation & filling, off-street paving & asphalt and storm/sanitary drainage, mechanical works including plumbing, thermal insulation, vibration control, ductwork, air filtration, BACS (building automation control systems), and electrical works throughout the facility.

This project is LEED certified, utilizing the Soprastar GR cap sheet membrane, known for its exceptional solar reflectivity. This sustainable roofing solution helps reduce the urban heat island effect and improves energy efficiency.
