From Concept to Reality: Triumph Group Launches PrimeFab, Canada’s New Standard in Prefabrication

Toronto, Ontario — [Wednesday, August 13] — After over a year of strategic development, and backed by more than 15 years of expertise in prefabricated and panelized construction, the Triumph Group of Companies proudly announces the launch of PrimeFab: a dedicated prefabrication division delivering high-performance wall systems and building components for the Canadian construction industry.

PrimeFab is the result of real-world learning, starting with Triumph’s own early panelized projects, including the Roncesvalles Lofts more than 15 years ago. It now stands as a platform designed to bring tested, Canadian-made systems to developers, general contractors, investors, and modular builders across Ontario and beyond.

“We’ve spent the past year developing PrimeFab, but it’s truly our 15 years of experience in pre-fabricated wall systems that has enabled us to bring this in-demand product to market,” says Mario Ribeiro, CEO and founder of Triumph. “PrimeFab reflects deep field knowledge, manufacturing discipline, and what the market really needs—systems that reduce delays, improve quality, and make builds more predictable.”

PrimeFab’s primary manufacturing facility is a newly renovated plant that is over 100,000 sq ft built on 36 acres of land in Midland, Ontario. The fully equipped manufacturing facility is powered by innovative semi-automated production lines featuring advanced German manufacturing technology. A second 50,000 sq ft Toronto facility complements production capacity and hosts additional state-of-the-art equipment, ensuring scalability and geographic reach across Southern Ontario.

The PrimeFab lineup includes:
• PrimePanels – High-performance prefinished panels for low-rise construction
• PrimeWalls – Fire-rated, energy-efficient wall assemblies for commercial, institutional, and high-rise projects
• PrimeSpaces – Prefabricated modules for resort, hospitality, and remote applications
• PrimeDesigns – Design-assist services to support system integration and site readiness

Fully aligned with Triumph’s in-house manufacturing of high-performance windows, doors, cladding, glazing, and roofing systems, PrimeFab offers total building envelope coordination under one vertically integrated structure.

“Our products are built to support others,” Ribeiro adds. “And when site or design conditions exceed typical prefab limitations, we overcome them through Triumph’s in-house envelope services team, offering turnkey execution from design to installation.”

With products designed to serve developers, general contractors, clients in the institutional sector, and even modular manufacturers, PrimeFab is ready to meet today’s demands for smarter, faster, and more resilient construction.

The combined facilities are expected to generate over 100 skilled jobs between 2025 to 2027, strengthening local economies in North Simcoe and the Greater Toronto Area.
