Existing Asphalt Shingle Roof was removed and replaced with new Standing Seam Metal Roofing, coupled with new custom metal eavestrough and drainpipe.

Scope of Work: New Metal Roof Installation including removal of existing roofing assembly down to the existing deck and installation of new gutters and downspouts. Replacement of deteriorated tongue and Grove deck. Mobilization, demolition, site safety, administration, site clean-up, warranties, general instructions, signage, traffic control coordination etc..
Completion Date: October 2023
