TTC Chester Station
Our waterproofing division completed work on this project.
The project includes the supply and installation of a 2-ply SBS modified bituminous sheet membrane roofing system, with visual inspections scheduled during the second, fifth, tenth, and fifteenth years post-completion. It also involves installing prefinished metal flashings, preformed stack and membrane flashings, and all auxiliary components like sheet metal flashing and prefabricated sleeves and collars. Additionally, the project covers the installation of Titanium Zinc alloy roofing on specified underlayment and sheathing.
This project is LEED certified, utilizing the Soprastar GR cap sheet membrane, known for its exceptional solar reflectivity. This sustainable roofing solution helps reduce the urban heat island effect and improves energy efficiency.
