Primeline Windows and Doors Inc.

of Primeline Windows and Doors Inc., a renowned Glazing manufacturer and contractor. Founded in
1986, Primeline has established itself as a leader in the industry, setting the standard for quality and
innovation in GLAZING systems. Primeline has 38 years of experience completing glazing projects in
the ICI, residential, and high-rise industries and will complement and complete Triumph Group’s total
building envelope offerings and expertise.
Primeline Windows and Doors Inc. “has two manufacturing facilities in Toronto and Mississauga, one
dedicated to High rise, the other to ICI glazing manufacturing. With this acquisition, Triumph Group of
Companies gains not only a reputable manufacturer into its portfolio with a lot of synergies and
